and delicious sushi. A common misconception about sushi is
that sushi is just raw fish; however, sushi is much more than
that. Some sushi may use raw fish as an ingredient, but it
can also use cooked tuna fish, crab meat, fried shrimp, vegetables,
and much more. Sashimi; however, does refer to a Japanese
delicacy of eating fresh raw seafood such as fish. No matter
